Just read your Meetro Post Mortem which I thank you for. I respect your honesty and the responsibility you showed in your unfortunate situation. Most people in this situation would blame and point fingers at everyone - except themselves.
I found your notes on what went wrong more interesting than posts about how "we did everything right".
I have allot of empathy for your situation - I am a web app developer - http://www.getreel.net. We are self - funded in private beta - beating it out after a long involved development cycle.
I hope things work out for Meetro - sometimes as you know what looks like a bad turn can actually be a blessing in disguise !
